I can’t help but think that we have been given a Wonderful Opportunity to RESET our lives (spiritually, mentally, physically, emotionally, and financially).

RESET!
As I was taking in all that is happening in today’s society with the Corona Virus (COVID-19) and how we have been mandated to stay physically away from each other, I thought about how so many people have reached out to encourage and help each other by donating food, money, & services; they pray to God (more); spend quality time with family; pause often for reflection; focus on the things that matter most; re-prioritized; read more scriptures from the Bible; and have more thoughts posted on social media (I’m talking about myself now).---I kept hearing one word: RESET. Reset means to set again or differently. It also means “to set, adjust, or fix in a new or different way.”
I can’t help but think that we have been given a Wonderful Opportunity to RESET our lives (spiritually, mentally, physically, emotionally, and financially). No, we won’t be able to push that “undo” button to change the mistakes we have made in the past. The best we can do for those mistakes is to change (humble ourselves, pray, seek God’s face, and turn from our wicked ways 2 Chronicles 7:14).
However, we can RESET (set, adjust, or fix in a new or different way) our ways of doing things. We can reset our mental state by relaxing more, stressing less, and reading the Word of God (which will give us peace and clarity). We can reset our spiritual lives by fixing our priorities with God, being faithful to Him and spending quality time with Him and with our families. We can reset our physical bodies by adjusting or changing our eating habits and taking strolls in our neighborhoods. We can reset our emotions by getting rid of the toxicity in our lives- reconsider relationships, careers, and old habits that need to change. We can reset our financial status by saving more and spending less, sewing positive seeds, giving to charity and using more wisdom when it comes to money. We can also RESET as a nation. There is too much anger in society. While everyone may not agree with me, I say get Back to Basics (our foundation began with the BIBLE—Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth—I bet more people have quoted Psalm 91 than ever before).
If we want to be better people; if we want to survive these times; If we want to see Jesus…We must RESET! Use this time to do things differently and Better! God Bless You All!😘
